BOISE, Idaho – Boise State University running back Brock Forsey, safety Quintin Mikell and head coach Dan Hawkins all came away with top honors as the 2002 All-WAC football team was announced on Friday (Dec. 6). DAN HAWKINS NAMED AFCA CO-REGION 4 COACH OF THE YEAR

Boise State rolled to an unexpectedly easy 67-21 win over Fresno State Friday night at Bronco Stadium in front of a record crowd of 30,924. Boise, Idaho – Boise State scored 21 points in a two minute and four second span midway through the first quarter to erase a three-point deficit and take command in the Broncos WAC opener en route to an easier than expected 58-31 win over Hawai’i at Bronco Stadium Saturday night.
